ST.PETERSBURG. March 6 (Interfax-AVN) - The United Shipbuilding Corporation must be formed by April 1, 2009, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said.
"All organizational measures to reform the shipbuilding industry must be completed by April 1 this year, by which time we should have formed the United Shipbuilding Corporation," Putin said at a meeting on civilian vessels in St. Petersburg on Friday.
