MOSCOW. March 24 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia's long-term military doctrine will be submitted to the president for consideration before the end of this year, said Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev.
"The military doctrine and some other strategic planning documents will likely be submitted to the president for consideration before the end of this year," Patrushev told the Security Council on Tuesday.
The food security doctrine for the period until 2020 and the national state policy for the period until 2020 will also be submitted to the president for approval this year, Patrushev said.
