BAIKONUR. March 26 (Interfax-AVN) - Gennady Padalka (Russia), Michael Barratt (NASA) and space tourist Charles Simonyi have taken their seats in the Soyuz TMA 14 spaceship.
"Personnel of the Baikonur spaceport have helped the astronauts to take their seats inside the spaceship," Federal Space Agency press secretary Alexander Vorobyov told Interfax-AVN by phone on Thursday.
A Soyuz FG vehicle carrying Soyuz TMA 14 was installed on the Gagarin launch pad of Baikonur in Kazakhstan. The takeoff is due at 2:49 p.m. Moscow time on Thursday.
