TBILISI. April 23 (Interfax-AVN) - Representatives of Georgia and South Ossetia will hold talks on Thursday, on the application of incident- prevention mechanisms negotiated in Geneva.
The talks will be held in the village of Ergneti, Georgia's Reintegration Minister Temur Iakobashvili told journalists on Wednesday.
Representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and European Union's missions, and a Russian military official will attend, he said.
Starting a dialogue is important to alleviate tensions, Iakobashvili said.
