MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia and the United States are discussing possible cooperation on cargo transit to Afghanistan, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko told a Thursday press briefing in Moscow.
"We are holding active consultations with the American side on the efficient forms of interaction on Afghanistan, transit included," he said in comments on media reports concerning the prospective military transit agreement between Russia and the United States. t
