Russian-U.S. talks in Moscow continue in expanded format

MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian and U.S. presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Barack Obama continued their talks in an expanded format on Monday.

"We did not waste our time, discussing important topics," Medvedev said.

"We will continue to discuss bilateral and international issues in an expanded format," he said.

"We will move further on our agenda," the president added.

Obama agreed that the talks held in a narrow format were productive. Progress will be undoubtedly reached on all issues to be discussed between the parties, the U.S. president said.
