MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax-AVN) - Talks on a new strategic arms reduction treaty between Russia and the United States will continue shortly
"The talks on a replacement for te current strategic arms reduction treaty will continue just days following the Russian-U.S. summit," Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told Interfax on Monday.
Earlier on Monday, Russian and U.S. presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Barack Obama signed a document, entitled Joint Understanding on the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms.
