NOVO-OGARYOVO. Aug 25 (Interfax-AVN) - The space rocket sector remains among the priorities of budget spending, despite the ongoing economic difficulties, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin told a session on Tuesday.
"Despite the known economic difficulties, we have kept the space sector among our budget spending priorities. We have allocated nearly 82 billion rubles for these purposes as part of three federal programs this year alone," Putin said.
