MOSCOW. Aug 26 (Interfax-AVN) - Criminal charges will be brought against the eight suspects in the seizure of the Arctic Sea dry cargo ship, spokesman for the Federal Prosecutor's Investigation Committee Vladimir Markin announced.
"Both the suspects and the victims are quizzed daily," Markin told Interfax on Wednesday.
Several suspects are being questioned at the Investigation Committee headquarters now. Criminal charges will be brought against all eight, he said.
