MOSCOW. Sept 8 (Interfax-AVN) - A command post exercise (CPX) of the Strategic Missile Troops (RSVN), which started on Tuesday, will focus on practicing control of the conduct of hostilities with the use of conventional and nuclear weapons.
"The CPX will involve both the command bodies and posts of the RSVN, units and formations. The CPX will involve in total more than 2,000 servicemen and 150 control posts of the operational and tactical levels," the RVSN said in a press release obtained by Interfax-AVN on Monday.
The exercise "will focus on practicing control of the conduct of hostilities with the use of conventional and nuclear weapons," the statement said.
