MOSCOW. Sept 15 (Interfax-AVN) - The dry cargo carrier Arctic Sea and the patrol ship Ladny, which is escorting it, are currently in neutral waters in the Atlantic Ocean off the Canary Islands' coast, a source in Moscow's military and diplomatic circles told journalists on Tuesday.
"Officials of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office continue working aboard the dry cargo carrier. It is not yet known which port the Arctic Sea will head to after these measures," the source said.
The vessel has recently been filled up with fuel and water by one of the tankers belonging to Russia's Baltic Fleet, he said.
