CHISINAU. Oct 9 (Interfax-AVN) - Any links between the Karabakh settlement process and the stabilization of the Armenian-Turkish relations are inappropriate, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"Meetings on the Karabakh issue have nothing to do with the stabilization of the Armenian-Turkish relations. These are parallel processes, which are not correlated," he told Russian journalists in Chisinau on Thursday.
