Rules for Russian-American presidential commission’s work agreed on - Lavrov

MOSCOW. Oct 13 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia and the United States have agreed to the rules governing the work of the Russian-American presidential commission and its working groups, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has announced.

"The work of the presidential commission will be based on an action plan, approved by the presidents. Today we have negotiated the main rules governing the work of the commission and its main structural units," Lavrov said at a news conference in Moscow after talks with U.S. Secretary of Sate Hillary Clinton.
