MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia should finance special services and troops of Central Asian countries so that they combat drug trafficking from Afghanistan more efficiently, Russian Federal Drug Control Service chief Viktor Ivanov said at the Military Academy of the General Staff on Friday.
"We need economic and financial resources. We also need to take legislative measures so that we can finance foreign troops and special services to curb drug trafficking from Afghanistan more efficiently," Ivanov said.
