BAKU. Nov 23 (Interfax-AVN) - U.S. Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia Celeste Wallander is arriving in Azerbaijan on Monday.
The U.S. embassy in Baku reported that she will hold talks with high-ranking government officials of Azerbaijan.
She will discuss U.S.-Azerbaijani cooperation in security and define spheres for expanding ties.
