MOSCOW. Dec 18 (Interfax-AVN) - The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has officially confirmed the dismissal of Anatoly Bagmet, the head of the Moscow branch of the Prosecution Service Investigative Committee.
"We confirm that Bagmet has been barred from the prosecution system and dismissed from his position for violating his oath as a prosecution worker (investigator)," Prosecutor General's Office spokesperson Marina Gridneva told Interfax.
An order of dismissal was signed at the Prosecutor General's Office on Friday, she said.
