5+2 talks on Transdniestria to become regular -Moldova

CHISINAU. March 5 (Interfax) - Moldova's Deputy Prime Minister, responsible for reintegration, Viktor Osipov said talks in the 5 + 2 format to settle the Transdniestrian conflict (Moldova, Transdniestria, Russia, Ukraine, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, plus the European Union and the United tastes as observers), will become regular.

A relevant agreement was reached in Vienna this week in talks involving all the parties concerned, Osipov said on Thursday.

Regular 5+2 talks will be held at least once every three months, he said. The next rounds have been set for May, June and October. Consultations in the 2+1 format - Moldova, Transdniestria and Russia - will take place at least once a month, he said.
