BISHKEK. April 13 (Interfax) - Roza Otunbayeva, the head of the Kyrgyz provisional government, does not plan to take part in direct talks with President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, Edil Baisalov, chief of staff of the interim government told journalists on Tuesday.
"There will be no direct talks," Baisalov said.
Bakiyev had told journalists earlier on Tuesday that he was prepared to negotiate with Otunbayeva.
