MOSCOW. June 17 (Interfax-AVN) - The board of directors for the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) approved the possible creation of a joint venture with Ukraine's Antonov on parity terms on Wednesday, the corporation said.
The joint venture will sell and service Antonov aircraft.
"We along with our colleagues plan to set up a join venture, which will buy materials and parts, as well as sell and service Antonov aircraft," UAC President Alexei Fyodorov said.
