GORKI. July 22 (Interfax) - President Dmitry Medvedev has announced he has signed into law five bills regarding police.
Medvedev told Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev that "screw- tightening" is present in these documents.
"When the system does not work the way it should - conclusions of this kind are being voiced - screws must be tightened in some places. But people doing their job honestly and professionally, will have all the necessary guarantees," Medvedev said.
