MOSCOW. Oct 28 (Interfax) - The new Russian law on the police will be enacted as of March 1, 2001, not January 1, 2011 as it was supposed to initially.
The change is made in the new wording of the bill submitted by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to the State Duma on Wednesday.
