MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - The state will coherently remove barriers obstructing business development in the nanotechnology sector, said Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
"We will be trying to remove those barriers that exist, in particular, in legislation," Medvedev told an international forum in Moscow on Wednesday.
Thanks to the improved migration laws it has become much easier to attract highly skilled specialists from abroad, he recalled.
The bill on customs regulation is due to be debated by the State Duma at a second reading very soon, Medvedev said.
"But there are still plenty of barriers. And the task of the government consists primarily in perfecting the legislation, fiscal, or administrative, or civil, if need be, and certainly strictly monitor its compliance," Medvedev said.
