MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interrax) - NATO does not plan to expand military presence in the Arctic region, Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said.
NATO is not building up presence in the Arctic region and does not plan to do so, he said at a news conference in Moscow on Wednesday.
