MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - Russia and NATO could set up a joint fund to finance deliveries of Russian helicopters and components to Afghanistan, said NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
One of the options is to set up a Russia-NATO Council fund to partially finance components, the training of pilots, things of that nature, Rasmussen said at a news conference in Moscow on Wednesday.
