MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - Positive changes are taking place in Russia-NATO relations, President Dmitry Medvedev has said.
"Overall, relations between Russia and NATO have become more productive and intensive," Medvedev told NATO Secretary General Andres Fogh Rasmussen on Wednesday.
"We welcome this, as this allows us to expand cooperation more attentively and to build a more solid security system in Europe and in the world," Medvedev said.
