No outside force will beat Belarus - Lukashenko

MOGILEV. Nov 8 (Interfax) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said that attempts by outside forces to destabilize the situation in his country are doomed to fail.

"It is very difficult at the moment: today Belarus is fractured, everyone wants to bend it here, bend it there. No way, we will live in our own country," Lukashenko said at a meeting with Mogilev residents during his working trip to the Mogilev region on Saturday.

"No one can beat Belarus: neither Russia, nor Ukraine, nor the European Union or America. We are no longer the same, you cannot be us artificially, unless we do so ourselves," the president said.
