MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax-AVN) - Energia rocket and space corporation has filed a lawsuit for 134.4 million rubles against International Space Services that is launching satellites with Zenit launch vehicles from the Baikonur cosmodrome.
A report posted on the website of the Moscow Arbitration Court says that the dispute has economic causes.
Neither side agreed to comment on the reason for the dispute for Interfax-AVN. Energia is one of the founders of International Space Services.
Energia is Russia's leading company in human space missions.
International Space Services is a Russian-Ukrainian joint venture offering commercial services in launches of civilian satellites with Zenit-2SLB and ZEnit-3SLB from Baikonur as part of the Land Launch project.
