MOSCOW. Nov 18 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian satellite telecom operator Gazprom Space Systems will launch three Yamal telecom satellites over the next three years, Gazprom Space Systems General Designer Nikolai Sevastyanov said at a congress of the National Association of TV and Radio Broadcasters held within NATEXPO 2010 show in Moscow.
"The Yamal orbiting cluster will grow to six satellites by 2015, which will broaden the coverage zone, mostly in the eastern hemisphere - in Eurasia, Africa and Australia - and in Alaska," he said.
