MOSCOW. Nov 25 (Interfax) - Moscow has agreed to allow NATO to transport armored personnel carriers for troops in Afghanistan through its territory, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"Facilitated transit procedures are applied to armored vehicles with reinforced anti-mine protection," Lavrov said at a press conference in Moscow on Thursday.
