ASTANA. Dec 1 (Interfax) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said the release of diplomatic documents by the WikiLeaks website was an irresponsible act.
The release was an irresponsible act which jeopardized the lives of the people mentioned in the cables, she said at a meeting with nongovernmental organizations and public figures in Astana.
The organizers of this release on the WikiLeaks website were not thinking of the fate of those people, she said.
The release of confidential documents on the Wikileaks website is an attack not only against U.S. diplomacy but also the international community, Clinton said in Washington earlier.
