MOSCOW. Dec 7 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin met with co-chairmen of the Geneva talks on the Caucasus security and stability on Monday, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
The meeting was attended by EU special representative Pierre Morel, UN representative Antti Turunen and OSCE Chairman-in-office's Special Representatives Bolat Nurgaliyev and Giedrius Cekuolis.
"The meeting focused on the current security situation on Georgia's borders with Abkhazia and South Ossetia, as well as preparations for the next, 14th round of the Geneva discussions slated for December 16, 2010," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement posted on its website on Monday.
