Investigation of failed Proton launch due to be completed by Dec 17 - Perminov

MOSCOW. Dec 7 (Interfax-AVN) - The commission investigating the failed launch of the Proton-M rocket with three Glonass-M satellites is due to complete its work before December 17, the head of the Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos), Anatoly Perminov, told Interfax-AVN on Tuesday.

"The preliminary decision is that the commission should report the results of its work before December 17. The commission's report must be agreed upon by all concerned agencies, including the Defense Ministry," Perminov said.
