MOSCOW. Dec 15 (Interfax) - Police arrested more than 100 people outside Moscow's Kiyevsky Station on Wednesday and seized non-lethal weapons and knives from some of them in a bid to prevent mass-scale clashes between ethnic Russians and members of Caucasus ethnic groups, said Moscow police authority spokesman Viktor Biryukov.
