MOSCOW. Dec 20 (Interfax) - Russia's Deputy Prosecutor General Viktor Grin has signed a resolution on extraditing businessman Leonid Kaplan to Spain, a source in law enforcement told Interfax on Monday.
The Spanish authorities regard Kaplan (also known as Leon Lann or Leon Lanover) as the accountant of the Russian mafia who laundered billions for it, the source said.
Interfax has not obtained official confirmation of this information.
