Russian strategic missiles to have new payloads after 2016 - Bulava designer

MOSCOW. Dec 20 (Interfax) - Russia is developing a completely new payload for strategic missiles, Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology general designer Yuri Solomonov said on Monday.

"The work on new products and, primarily, the modernization of existent missiles will continue in the next few years. We will concentrate on the payload, and this work has already begun. It will take three to five years. Our missiles will have new payloads after 2016," he said.
