MOSCOW. Jan 12 (Interfax) - The considerable flaws in the organization of the flight and the training of the crewmembers were a major cause of the plane crash that killed Polish President Lech Kaczynski, Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) head Tatyana Anodina said at a press conference at the Interfax main office.
"The considerable flaws in the organization of the flight, the training of the crewmembers, and the organization of this specially important flight in a special fighter wing became a major cause of the Tu-154M crash," she said.
