MOSCOW. Jan 14 (Interfax) - The State Duma has supported the amendments to the bill on ratifying the New Strategic Arms Reductions Treaty in its second reading.
These amendments were introduced by four United Russia deputies - Konstantin Kosachyov, Viktor Zavarzin, Andrei Kokoshin and Anatoly Starodubets.
Five more articles are being added to the ratification bill which earlier consisted of just one article.
