MOSCOW. Jan 17 (Interfax) - France said it would be ready to issue extended multiple entry visas to Russian citizens who have been to France and apply for visas for a second time.
"Following the first visa, a new, extended visa may be issued," the French embassy spokesman, Thomas Buffin, told Interfax.
This procedure is envisioned in the European Union laws, regulating the issuance of Schengen visas, he said.
But Buffin did not say exactly when the practice of issuing second Schengen visas through France could be introduced.
