MOSCOW. Jan 26 (Interfax-AVN) - The military cooperation system of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) needs to be changed, said CSTO Secretary-General Nikolai Bordyuzha.
"There have been proposals to change the CSTO format and military cooperation system," Bordyuzha said.
Such proposals have been submitted for discussion by the organization's member states who will soon discuss them to ensure that, "the efficiency of our military cooperation is much higher," he said.
"The experience of past years, including that of Kyrgyzstan, shows that some changes are long overdue," the secretary-general said.
