MOSCOW. FEB 15 (Interfax-AVN) - Battalion 450 formed in Dagestan is fully ready to protect the population in the republic, Sergei Koryushkin, the head of the headquarters of the Northern Caucasus Regional Command of the Interior Ministry Internal Troops, said.
"The formation of Battalion 450, whose function is to ensure security in the Republic of Dagestan, has been completed. The battalion currently has 93% of the staff it needs and is ready to fulfill its tasks," Koryushkin told a video conference in Moscow on Tuesday.
