MOSCOW. March 14 (Interfax) - Federal Security Service experts are working at the sites of the blasts, set off on Ulitsa Milashenkova in northeastern Moscow, National Anti-Terrorism Committee spokesman Nikolai Sintsov told Interfax on Friday.
"All theories are under consideration. A search operation has been launched to track down and detain the bombers," he said.
Two explosive devices went off at 4:35 p.m. and 4:45 p.m., Moscow time, at an improvised parking lot near garages not far from Apartment Block 12, Sintsov said.
The first bomb was set off on the roof of a garage and the second between the garage and a garbage bin.
"No one was hurt in the blasts," said Sintsov.
