MOSCOW. April 12 (Interfax) - A group of Russian doctors will travel to Minsk to help treat people injured in an explosion that tore through a key subway station of the Belarusian capital on April 11, a spokesman for the Russian Health and Social Development Ministry told Interfax on Tuesday morning.
"A brigade made up of six specialists, including emergency physicians, neurosurgeons and trauma surgeons, is set to board a flight due to take off from Sheremetyevo [Airport]," he said.
The doctors are expected to arrive in Minsk at 10:35 a.m. local time.
They will primarily work at Minsk's state hospital no. 3, which is treating the majority of people injured in the blast, the spokesman said.
