MOSCOW. April 12. Interfax - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has expressed condolences to his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko over the Monday blast in the Minsk metro in a telephone conversation, Medvedev's press secretary Natalya Timakova told journalists.
Medvedev offered the Belarusian side to help investigate this crime and search for organizers and perpetrators of the terrorist attack, Timakova said.
