GORKI. May 11 (Interfax) - Russian special services regularly kill al-Qaeda emissaries sent to Russia, President Dmitry Medvedev said.
"It is no secret that the well-known terrorist network al-Qaeda has been sending emissaries to our country's territory. Our special services regularly eliminate these emissaries in special operations," Medvedev said at a conference dealing with security matters.
"Therefore, interconnection between the events surrounding the settlement of crises in foreign countries and our internal events should be in the focus of our attention," he said.
