Black Sea Fleet Commander Korolyov to take charge of North Fleet - source

MOSCOW. May 16 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Black Sea Fleet Commander Vice Admiral Vladimir Korolyov may soon be put in charge of Russia's most powerful fleet, the North Fleet, a source in the Navy staff told Interfax-AVN on Monday.

"Chief of the fleet staff Rear Admiral Andrei Volozhinsky has been the acting commander of the North Fleet since February. Vice Admiral Korolyov will become the fleet commander soon," he said.
