MOSCOW. April 16 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov hopes for the soonest meeting with Libyan opposition representatives from Benghazi.
"Unfortunately, we have learned that opposition representatives from Benghazi, who requested meetings in Moscow, had to delay their visit for technical reasons. Hopefully, the Moscow meeting will take place soon. At least we are prepared for that," he told a Monday press briefing in Moscow.
