KALININGRAD. May 23 (Interfax) - Moscow is perplexed by the Western countries' unwillingness to provide guarantees that a European missile defense system would not be targeted against Russia, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"Persistent unwillingness to confirm on paper that this is not against Russia causes questions. I hope we will dispel and settle these questions," Lavrov said at a press conference in Kaliningrad on Saturday.
