MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax-AVN) - If Russia buys Mistral helicopter carriers from France, their maintenance will be done exclusively by Russian specialists, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Gen. Dmitry Bulgakov said.
"Sure, definitely," Bulgakov said on Echo Moskvy radio on Saturday when he was asked whether Russian specialists would do maintenance of Mistral helicopter carriers.
In such cases, the Defense Ministry concludes contracts with relevant companies specializing in maintenance of machinery, he said.
