KALININGRAD. May 23 (Interfax) - Russia's negotiations with the United States and NATO on a European missile defense system are proceeding not speedily enough, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"We are convinced that we should have started with coordinating a joint concept and joint architecture of a future European missile defense system. The process is moving ahead, although slowly," Lavrov said at a press conference in Kaliningrad on Saturday.
