MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax-AVN) - Sukhoi Civil Aircraft and Armavia have summed up the results from the first month of operating a Sukhoi Superjet 100 commercial jetliner.
"Sixty-six flights have been made with the total distance of 85,800 kilometers to carry 2,885 passengers," says a Sukhoi Civil Aircraft report received by Interfax-AVN on Monday.
"The SSJ100 is a perfect supplement to the Armavia fleet, which mostly includes CRJ200, Airbus A319 and A320," Armavia owner Mikhail Bagdasarov said. "The high economic efficiency and transport potential of the SSJ100 makes it possible to perform medium and shorter-distance flights depending on the situation."
